Our vision is to be a fully digital and API-driven business, and we believe that within the next two years, all field services transactions will take place within our clients' service management platforms. We will remain transparent and agnostic, offering our clients the flexibility to work with us in either managing the entire outcome or providing coordination and PM support in their tools and processes.
We are fully committed to scaling our business, and we are SOC2-compliant and fully audit-worthy. As a platform-based business, we are embracing digital personas and generative AI strategies to proactively understand where this fast-paced, uncertain world of AI is taking us.
To support our global efforts, we have aligned ourselves with critical partners to expand our network and better understand and support local markets. Our footprint will expand even further to ensure we can provide reliable and consistent support services globally.
